Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Agreement
By ordering or using a service, the customer agrees to the published terms, acceptable-use rules and product limits. Replace this template with terms reviewed for your business and jurisdiction before launch.
2. Accounts, orders and payments
Customers are responsible for accurate account details, authorised payments and keeping login credentials secure. Orders may be withheld, cancelled or refunded when payments are incomplete, reversed or disputed.
3. Acceptable use
Services must not be used for illegal activity, malware, abusive traffic, unauthorised access, copyright infringement or activity that creates unreasonable risk to the network.
4. Backups and data
Customers should maintain independent backups. Platform backup features do not replace an external disaster-recovery plan.
5. Refunds
Refund decisions depend on product type, usage and time since purchase. Clearly publish your final refund window and excluded services.
6. Availability
Maintenance, incidents and third-party network issues may affect availability. Service targets are not a guarantee unless defined in a separate service-level agreement.
